A Review of CoBuy.com
CoBuy, a startup based in Bellevue, Washington, is a platform that facilitates jointly purchasing residential real estate with a friend/relative. The cost of home ownership, inclusive of debt service, may prove to be more affordable than renting in some sub-markets when jointly held. This service structures the partnership agreement and streamlines the buying process for $99 per co-buyer. It will be interesting to see how well this "brand new approach to living" will be received.
